Sterling is located in the easternmost part of Loudoun County and has effectively blended the old with the new. Algonkian Regional Park - Located on the picturesque Potomac shoreline, Algonkian is the ideal spot for some summertime fun, a family holiday, a get-together, or a romantic wedding. This regional park features a golf course, cottages for a riverfront vacation, picnicking areas, and scenic nature trails. The kids will love to dive into some summertime fun in the new water play area called "Downpour".

Sterling Playmakers - The Sterling Playmakers have ten year old custom of producing wonderful live theater productions for the delight and participation of the entire neighborhood. From Broadway-style musicals with thousands of players to much smaller theatrical performances, every performance leaves the audience wanting more! Many who come to see a show become so enthralled with their experience that they often seek to become part of the next production as a cast or crew member!
